Regency Park Residence
Talk about a transformation. Once a family home turned into a multi-living Residence. The property consists of a home converted into 3 separate apartments. And 2 flex homes were added in front of the main home. Under the roof of the main home, you have a 2 bedroom / 2-bathroom apartment, a 1- bedroom / 1-bathroom apartment, and a studio apartment with 1 –bedroom/ 1- bathroom. The Residence is fully gated and has a large open area where you can BBQ or just relax to enjoy Aruba’s beautiful weather. The apartments come fully furnished and consist of their own refrigerators/ microwave and stove. Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the whole residence.
Regency Park is conveniently a minute from Watty Vos Boulevard and minutes from Oranjestad. Across the street is a Supermarket (BO WA Supermarket). That is definitely a convenience. Some accordance to the Residence is that NO animals are allowed (except a fish tank) and Adults Only. To round it off this unique Residence is one of its kind in this area.
